5K TEAM RACE

General Rules and Participation Requirements

COURSE & MARKINGS

• Participants will run on the course marked by the organization throughout the race.
• Course markings are placed at intervals of a minimum of 10 meters and a maximum of 100 meters, depending on the terrain.
• Participants are responsible for following the course markings throughout the race.
• Getting lost or taking a wrong turn is a possibility inherent to trail running.
• The organization reserves the right to make changes to the TEAM RACE 5K course before the race. Any changes will be announced to participants before the race.

SAFETY & TRAFFIC

• For safety reasons, law enforcement authorities will take the necessary measures to control vehicle traffic before the start.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

• Race bib
• Identification document
• Mobile phone

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

• Participants under the age of 16 are not permitted to participate in the 5K Team Race.
• Associations, teams, non-governmental organizations, and commercial companies may participate in the team race.
• There are no age categories.
• Each team must consist of at least 3 athletes. Teams will not be classified by gender.
• The team’s ranking will be determined based on the average finishing time of its first three athletes with the best results.
• Mandatory equipment checks will be carried out at the kit distribution desk and in the start area.
• Participants who fail to present their mandatory equipment will not be given their race kit.
